How does billing work?: Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?: Subscriptions are sold by our brands, not by EcoEarth Enterprises directly. To cancel Mushy Marketing, use your account settings or email [email protected]. For EcoEarth, email [email protected]. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?: See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for when refunds apply and how to request one.
Is my payment secure?: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers, and our sites use HTTPS everywhere.
